Ti6Al4V合金在不同钙磷浓度的电解液中和不同微弧氧化频率下进行微弧氧化制得氧化膜。采用SEM观察微弧氧化膜微观形貌,使用EDS、XRD分析膜层成分和相组成。结果表明:电解液中钙磷元素浓度直接影响制得氧化膜层中的钙磷元素含量与Ca/P比,且随电解液中Ca元素浓度增加而增加;当频率降低时,氧化膜表面孔洞直径变大且氧化膜中Ca元素含量与Ca/P比都升高;而氧化膜中P元素随频率降低而降低。
Ti6Al4V alloy in different concentrations of calcium and phosphorus electrolyte and micro-arc oxidation under different micro-arc oxidation of the oxide film. The micro-morphology of micro-arc oxidation film was observed by SEM. The film composition and phase composition were analyzed by EDS and XRD. The results show that the concentration of Ca and P in the electrolyte directly affects the content of Ca and P and Ca / P in the oxide film, and increases with the increase of Ca concentration in the electrolyte. When the frequency decreases, the surface of the oxide film As the diameter increases, the contents of Ca and Ca / P in the oxide film increase, while the P content in the oxide film decreases with decreasing frequency.
