近两年来,我校在教育教学的千头万绪中,突出抓了学生的行为规范训练和教师的教学常规管理,把这两方面的工作作为教育教学的两项基础工程。一、把学生的行为习惯训练作为德育突破口良好的习惯要从小培养起;这样做可以培养人的良好意志、品质、性情和修养;从小培养良好的习惯是培养现代人的基础。我国一度时期存在的德育工作“苍白无力”的现象,除了某些众所周知的原因以外,就是由于德育内容的“假、大、空”,离开学生的实际,抽象地进行世界观、人生观的说教,把思想教育搞成了形式主义。我们
