为了控制通信卫星的姿态和位置,必须有轨道参数。为此研制了以国内通信卫星为对象的用以测量卫星距离和距离率的通信卫星测距装置。本报告叙述此测距装置的测量方式,组成部份和单个装置的特性实验结果。本装置的特点是采用数字式测量方式,在通信或姿态控制时能进行高精度的测量,并使本装置组成简化且便于使用。根据本装置的测试结果,可测量最大距离为62800公里,测距精度1米(均有根植),距离率精度1厘米/秒(均方根值)。
In order to control the attitude and position of communication satellites, there must be orbital parameters. To this end, we have developed a communication satellite ranging device that measures the satellite distance and the distance rate for domestic communication satellites. This report describes the measurement methods, components and characterization results of a single device for this distance measuring device. This device is characterized by the use of digital measurement, communication or attitude control can be highly accurate measurements, and to make the device easy to use and simplify the composition.
