在批判邓小平、反击右倾翻案风斗争深入发展的大好形势下,全区石山绿化科技协作会议于七月二十六日至三十日在桂林召开,会议由区林业局委托区林科所会同科研课题主持单位区植物所、百色地区林科所共同主持.会议以阶级斗争为纲,认真学习了两报一刊“七一”社论和安平生书记在全区县委书记会议上的讲话;参观了桂林市和阳朔县部分石山绿化现场,交流了经验,研究了我区石山绿化科技试验的任务,制订落实了1976～1980年的科研协作计划.大家一致认为这次会议开得及时,开得成功,是符合农业学大寨、普及大寨县,综台治理山、水、田、林、路总要求的.
