针对采用滤膜过滤法测定三元复合驱采出水悬浮固体含量时,会存在滤膜吸附截留聚合物等溶解性固体而造成测试结果偏差问题,研究了聚合物、微孔滤膜吸附对悬浮固体含量测定结果的影响,引入美国腐蚀工程师协会标准NACE TM0173标准的悬浮固体含量检测双层滤膜过滤方法,能够将悬浮固体与无法被蒸馏水滤洗掉而滞留在滤膜上的溶解性固体区分开来。进一步提出了采用双层滤膜过滤测试悬浮固体含量的方法,以底层膜作空白,最大限度地将聚合物等溶解性固体与悬浮固体区分开来。在三元复合驱采出水悬浮固体含量测试结果中,底层膜折算空白含量会达到上层膜悬浮固体含量的26%~56%。
