金融市场的发展,离不开金融消费者的积极参与,而保护金融消费者的合法权益,是维护市场秩序、保障金融改革开放深化的题中应有之意。金融服务行业的特殊性以及金融产品的复杂性决定了金融消费者比一般消费者更为弱势,需要专门的机构和立法予以特别保护。本文针对当前我国金融消费者权益保护存在的问题和不足,通过借鉴域外的成功经验,结合我国国情,提出了一些完善我国金融消费者权益保护制度方面的建议。
The development of financial markets can not be separated from the active participation of financial consumers. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers is a necessary part of maintaining the market order and ensuring the deepening of financial reform and opening up. The special nature of the financial services industry and the complexity of financial products determine that financial consumers are more vulnerable than the average consumer and require special protection by specialized agencies and legislation. This article aims at the existing problems and shortcomings of the financial consumers ’rights and interests protection in our country. By referring to the successful experiences outside the region and combining with the national conditions of our country, some suggestions are put forward to improve the protection system of the financial consumers’ rights and interests in our country.
