郁全和,张家港市金港镇人。1974年,担任沙洲县南沙公社长江大队党支部书记,现任中共张家港市金港镇长江村党委书记、长江润发集团有限公司董事局主席,先后荣获江苏省劳模、全国乡镇企业家,江苏省优秀党务工作者、江苏省第六届人大代表,江苏省扶贫明星,2006年当选为“全国兴村富民百佳领军人物”。
Yu Quan and Zhang, Jinggang Town, Zhangjiagang City. In 1974, he served as Secretary of Party Branch of Changjiang Brigade of Nansha Commune in Shazhou County. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Party Committee of Changjiang Village in Jinkang Town of Zhangjiagang City and Chairman of the Board of Changjiang Runfa Group Co., Ltd. He has successively won the honorary titles of “Model Workers in Jiangsu Province, Township Entrepreneurs in Jiangsu Province, Workers, Jiangsu Province, the Sixth National People’s Congress, Jiangsu Province Poverty Alleviation Star, 2006 was elected as ”the country Xingcun rich people PARKnSHOP leader."
