离体人血经~(60)Coγ线照射后,用ConA刺激T细胞转化;LPS+DS共同刺激B细胞转化;以~(14)C-缬氨酸掺入实验。用液体培养法和扩散盒培养技术,分别观察T·B细胞在转化、增殖过程中的抑制程度。结果表明:受照射后T细胞比B细胞受抑明显,反映T细胞比B细胞的辐射敏感性高。
After isolated human blood was irradiated by 60Co γ line, ConA was used to stimulate T cell transformation; LPS+DS was used to stimulate B cell transformation; 14C-proline was used for incorporation experiments. Using liquid culture and diffusion box culture techniques, the inhibition of T-B cells during transformation and proliferation was observed. The results showed that T cells were significantly inhibited after exposure to B cells, reflecting the higher radiation sensitivity of T cells than B cells.
