企业的开放式创新模式更具创新优势内向型开放式创新作为企业获取知识、技术资源的重要方式和技巧,会对其绩效产生影响。但既有文献鲜有对内向型开放式创新影响创新绩效的传导机制予以揭示。因此,本文构建了内向型开放式创新、吸收能力、知识共享与创新绩效的理论模型,通过对中部地区高新技术企业的问卷调查,对概念模型进行实证检验。数据分析显示:内向型开放式创新及吸收能力对企业创新绩效均存在显著正向影响;吸收能力在内向型开放式创新与企业创新绩效之间存在着部分中介效应;知识共享在吸收能力与企业创新绩效之间存在着正向调节作用,即企业内部知识共享程度越高,吸收能力对企业创新绩效的正向作用越强。
Innovative models of open innovation enterprises more innovative advantages Inward-oriented open innovation as an important way for enterprises to acquire knowledge and technical resources and skills, will have an impact on their performance. However, there is little existing literature on the introverted open innovation impact on innovation performance of the transmission mechanism to be revealed. Therefore, this paper constructs a theoretical model of introverted open innovation, absorptive capacity, knowledge sharing and innovation performance. Through the questionnaire survey of high-tech enterprises in the central region, we empirically test the conceptual model. Data analysis shows that inward-looking open innovation and absorptive capacity have a significant positive impact on firm’s innovation performance; absorptive capability has some intermediary effect between inward-oriented open innovation and firm’s innovation performance; There is a positive adjustment between innovation performance, that is, the higher the degree of knowledge sharing within the enterprise, the stronger the positive effect of absorptive capacity on the innovation performance of enterprises.
