传统的自行车的连续圆周运动不能使脚蹬力均匀分布,消耗功率较多。改进自行车传动装置的方法是通过产生一个不等速圆周运动来驱动自行车。本文用椭圆链轮代替原先的圆链轮作为自行车的不等速传动装置,对该传动机构进行了优化。优化结果表明,使用椭圆链轮传动可使自行车的平均瞬时功率比用传统圆链轮传动提高20%。这种传动装置对高速运行条件下(如赛车)和重载条件下(如载重三轮车或链式农用机械)工作的自行车有很大意义。
The continuous circular motion of the traditional bicycle can not evenly distribute the pedal force and consume more power. The way to improve your bike’s gear is to drive your bike by creating a non-constant circular motion. In this paper, the elliptical sprocket instead of the original circular sprocket as the bicycle’s constant transmission, the transmission mechanism has been optimized. Optimization results show that the use of elliptical sprocket transmission allows the average instantaneous power of bicycles with conventional round sprocket drive increased by 20%. This kind of transmission is of great significance to bicycles working under high-speed running conditions (such as racing) and heavy-duty conditions (such as carrying tricycles or chain agricultural machinery).
