全国县级计划工作交流会第三届年会于1990年9月1～6日在新疆维吾尔族自治区米泉县召开。参加这次年会的有34个成员县61名正式代表,部分非成员县、市代表被邀请列席年会。中国计划学会、国家计委地区经济司、国民经济综合司、工综一司、经济研究中心、经济研究所、国家原材料投资公司招标部、中国计划出版社有关领导和同志也参加了年会。会议期间,新疆维吾尔族自治区副主席黄宝璋、计委主任刘宗浩以及昌吉回族自治州、米泉县主要党政领导同志到会讲话。
The third annual meeting of the exchange program of county-level planning work was held in Miquan County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from September 1 to September 1990. There are 61 official representatives from 34 member counties and some non-member counties and city representatives are invited to attend the annual meeting. China Planning Association, the State Development Planning Commission, the Department of Regional Economics, the National Economic Department, the Division I, the Economic Research Center, the Institute of Economic Research, the National Materials Investment Corporation bidding department, China Planning Press and the leaders and comrades attended the annual meeting. During the meeting, Huang Baozhang, vice chairman of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Liu Zonghao, director of Planning Commission and Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and the leading party and government leaders of Miquan County arrived at the meeting.
