监狱人民警察作为国家刑罚的执行者,肩负着惩罚与改造罪犯的神圣使命,坚守着维护社会安全稳定和执法公正的最后一道屏障。新形势下,随着社会文明的不断进步和建设现代化文明监狱进程的加快,监狱人民警察作为现代化文明监狱的主体,如何提升监狱民警职业归属感,如何让监狱人民警察这支特殊的执法队伍主动积极地应对高要求、高标准、高风险、高压力、高关注的新常态已成为不可回避的课题。本文从“以人为本”的宗旨出发,试从监狱系统内外人文环境以及监狱民警职业归属感的现状及对策着手,探究人文环境对提升监狱民警职业归属感的现实意义。
As the executor of the national penalty, the prison people’s police shoulders the sacred mission of punishing and reforming criminals and sticks to the last screen to safeguard social security, stability and law enforcement. Under the new situation, with the continuous progress of social civilization and the acceleration of the process of building a modernized and civilized prison, how can the prison people’s police, as the main body of a modern and civilized prison, enhance the occupational belonging of prisons and policemen and how to let the prison people’s police take the initiative of this special law enforcement team? It has become an unavoidable subject to actively respond to the new normal with high demands, high standards, high risks, high pressures and high concerns. Starting from the purpose of “people-oriented ”, this paper attempts to explore the current situation and countermeasure of the humane environment both inside and outside the prison system and the occupational belonging of the prison police to explore the practical significance of the humane environment to enhance the occupational belonging of the prison police.
