八味沉香丸对垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用

目的通过舌下注射垂体后叶素(PIT)建立急性心肌缺血模型,观察八味沉香丸对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射PIT制急性心肌缺血模型,以0.03 g·kg-1剂量的复方丹参片为阳性对照,观察大鼠心电图T波和ST段的改变、检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)的活性以及采用HE染色观察心肌组织病理形态来评价八味沉香丸对心肌损伤的保护作用。结果与对照组相比,垂体后叶素诱导的心肌缺血大鼠心电图T波和S-T段明显升高,血清中心肌酶CK和LDH的释放量增加,HE染色观察到心
