经营者的义务是指经营者(包括生产者、销售者和服务提供者)在经营活动中应当履行的责任。根据《消费者权益保护法》等法律的规定,经营者的义务主要包括以下十四个方面:1经营者应当依照《消费者权益上保护法》和其他有关法律、法规的规定履行义务。经营者和消费者有约定的,应当按照约定履行义务,但双方的约定不得违背法律、法规的规定。2经营者负有听取消费者对其提供的商品或者服务提出的意见、建议、批评,并进行处理的义务。
The obligation of the operator refers to the responsibility of the operator (including producers, sellers and service providers) in carrying out the business activities.
