利用简化的热弹模型理论建立的压电光声方法, 对生物组织的热扩散特性进行分析研究, 分别对生物组织在新鲜、干燥和经过制作电子显微镜样品的特殊处理等三种状态下的热扩散特性进行测量.测量结果显示, 新鲜生物组织的等效热扩散率明显比相应的组织经自然风干和特殊处理过的等效热扩散率大, 而经过特殊处理的组织的等效热扩散率又大于自然风干组织的等效热扩散率. 研究表明, 压电光声方法可用来确定微细不均匀的生物组织的等效热扩散率, 为研究生物组织的热扩散特性提供有效的数据和信息.
The thermal diffusivity of the biological tissue was analyzed by using the piezoelectric photoacoustic method established by the simplified theory of the thermoelastic model. The heat of the biological tissue under the three conditions of fresh, dry and special treatment after making the electron microscope sample The results showed that the equivalent thermal diffusivities of fresh biological tissues were significantly higher than those of the corresponding tissues after natural air-drying and special treatment, while the equivalent thermal diffusivities of the specially treated tissues Which is larger than the equivalent thermal diffusivity of natural air-dried tissue.The results show that the piezoelectric photoacoustic method can be used to determine the equivalent thermal diffusivity of biological tissue with fine and uneven microstructure, and provide effective data and information for studying the thermal diffusivity of biological tissue .
