My field is located in the Alar region of the north shore of the Tarim River. In 1961, there were 12,864 hectares of wheat planted, of which 11,862 hectares of winter wheat and 1,002 hectares of spring wheat were planted. The planting area was 9,118 mu, accounting for 70.8% of the sown area. The average yield per harvest was 103.8 kg, down 7.1% from 1960, of which 12.5% for winter wheat and 29.4% for spring wheat.
