本文探讨了在镀铁液中加入Al_2O_3粉的复合镀铁和镀铁后进行渗硼处理工艺。试验证明:复合镀铁可进一步提高镀层的耐磨性;镀铁后渗硼处理,不但提高了耐磨性,而且使镀层与基体的结合强度大大增加,克服了镀层脆性大,易剥落的弊病。同时发现,镀铁后渗硼所获得的硼化物形貌不同于钢件单独渗硼。本文还分析并验证了镀层中存在的不规则条纹系因氢气的析出而导致的显微裂纹。
This article explores the iron plating solution by adding Al 2 O 3 powder composite iron plating and iron after boronizing treatment process. The test proves that composite iron plating can further improve the wear resistance of the coating; after the iron plating, the boronizing treatment not only improves the abrasion resistance but also greatly increases the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, overcoming the defects that the coating is brittle and easy to peel off . At the same time, it is found that the morphology of the boride obtained by boronizing after iron plating is different from the boronizing of steel alone. In this paper, we also analyze and verify the existence of irregular stripes in the coating due to the precipitation of hydrogen caused by micro-cracks.
