Whether in the enterprise or government organizations, society is constantly evolving, the needs of staff changes dramatically, and the demands on leaders are rising, especially in the style of leaders. This article explores the impact it has on the leader’s genre by analyzing its style. The purpose is to improve the theory of the leadership of leaders, the inspiration for the role of modern leaders. Leaders determine the extent to which they will achieve their goals under certain circumstances. Whether or not a leader succeeds in leading his staff toward organizational goals depends to a large extent on the leaders themselves - the leader style.
