以１，１０－二氮杂菲－铁（Ⅲ）为显色剂，用标准曲线法在５１０ｎｍ处检测吸收度，直接测定了ＶＣ片剂的含量，赋形剂无干扰。该法简便，快速，结果准确可靠．
Using 1,10-phenanthroline-iron (Ⅲ) as chromogenic reagent, the absorbance was detected at 510 nm by standard curve method, and the content of VC tablets was directly determined without any interference of excipients. The method is simple, fast and accurate and reliable.
