针对大型复杂的结构件,模拟焊接道数直接决定着模拟计算工作量的大小。本次采用有限元数值模拟软件,利用高斯热源和“生死”单元技术,讨论模拟焊接道数对1000 MW级压水堆核电站反应堆压力容器6接管处马鞍型焊缝残余应力场及残余变形的影响。结果表明:模拟道数对残余应力及变形影响不明显。
For large and complex structural parts, the number of simulation welding directly determines the size of the simulation workload. The finite element numerical simulation software was used to analyze the residual stress field and residual deformation of saddle-type weld in the pressure vessel 6 of 1000 MW PWR nuclear power station by using Gaussian heat source and " Impact. The results show that the influence of simulated lanes on residual stress and deformation is not obvious.
