针对柔顺机构中的大变形柔性梁,提出了一种新的伪刚体模型,即“两自由度伪刚体模型”。通过对模型末端倾角的进行参数化近似得出了模型最优特征半径系数,然后应用线性回归方法得到了模型的刚度系数。该模型能精确模拟柔顺机构中大变形柔性梁的变形轨迹和变形角度。最后通过末端轨迹的对比说明了该模型的优越性。
Aiming at the large deformation flexible beam in compliant mechanism, a new pseudo-rigid body model is proposed, which is the “two-degree-of-freedom pseudo-rigid body model”. The optimal characteristic radius coefficient of the model is obtained by parametric approximation of the inclination of the model end, then the stiffness coefficient of the model is obtained by the linear regression method. The model can precisely simulate the deformation trajectory and deformation angle of large deformation flexible beam in compliant mechanism. At last, the superiority of this model is illustrated through the comparison of the end trajectory.
