四角切向布置燃烧器锅炉在大型火力发电机组中广泛应用,然而烟道偏流引起过大热偏差常导致高温对流受热面超温、爆管,严重影响机组安全经济运行。该文对某300 M W 锅炉通过分隔屏向左偏置一定角度进行炉膛、烟道中气流流动特性模型试验和数值模拟。研究结果表明:分隔屏偏置显著改善烟道偏流现象,可减轻过、再热器烟侧热力不均,防止过大热偏差;且改造方便、效果显著。图14 参5
Tangentially arranged burner boilers are widely used in large-scale thermal power generating units. However, excessive thermal deviations caused by the flue drift often lead to over-temperature and squirting of the high-temperature convective heating surface, which seriously affects the safe and economic operation of the unit. In this paper, the model test and numerical simulation of the flow characteristics in the hearth and flue of a 300 MW boiler are carried out with a certain angle offset to the left through the partition screen. The results show that: the bias of the partition screen can significantly improve the flue drift phenomenon, which can reduce the overheating of the overheat smoke side and prevent the overheating deviation; and it is easy to reform and the effect is remarkable.
