采用将含芴聚芳醚酮(PFEK)溶解于3,3’-二烯丙基双酚A,低温下加入4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺进行熔融共聚,再高温固化的方式,制备了含芴聚芳醚酮增韧的双马来酰亚胺树脂。结果表明:PFEK树脂的加入对复合材料的固化行为没有影响,PFEK树脂的加入量在7.5%~10.0%之间复合材料发生相反转,复合材料具有相分离结构;当PFEK的加入量为10.0%时,复合材料的弯曲强度和抗冲击强度由无PFEK树脂时的110.2MPa与9.0kJ/m2提高到148.7MPa与14.6kJ/m2,PFEK树脂的加入提高了复合材料的耐温性能。
By dissolving polyfluorene-containing polyarylene ether ketone (PFEK) in 3,3’-diallylbisphenol A and adding 4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane bismaleimide at a low temperature for melt copolymerization, High temperature curing method, the preparation of a polyfluorene polyfluorene toughened bismaleimide resin. The results show that the addition of PFEK resin has no effect on the curing behavior of the composites. When the content of PFEK resin is between 7.5% and 10.0%, the composites reverse phase and the composite has the phase separation structure. When the PFEK content is 10.0% , Flexural strength and impact strength of the composites increased from 110.2MPa and 9.0kJ / m2 without PFEK resin to 148.7MPa and 14.6kJ / m2 respectively. The addition of PFEK resin increased the temperature resistance of the composites.
