采用OM、SEM对国内外铸造成型的热轧无缝钢管孔型控制用导板进行组织观察,对其基体和析出相的化学成分进行了EDS分析,发现直接铸造成型工艺制备的导板无法形成典型Cr的碳化物,从而直接影响了导板的使用寿命。这说明形成典型碳化物能提高导板的使用寿命。
The OM and SEM were used to observe the shape and shape of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe. The EDS analysis of the chemical composition of the matrix and precipitated phase showed that the guide plate prepared by direct casting process could not form the typical Cr Of the carbide, which directly affects the service life of the guide plate.
