用分光光度法测定了辽宁产沙棘叶中的总黄酮。用高效液相色谱法测定了其中槲皮素和芦丁的含量。结果表明，沙棘叶中总黄酮含量为０．７４％，其中芦丁为０．２７％，槲皮素为０．４１％。这对沙棘叶的利用提供了参考依据。
Determination of Total Flavonoids in Leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Produced by Liaoning Province by Spectrophotometry. The contents of quercetin and rutin in them were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in seabuckthorn leaves was 0.74% with 0.27% rutin and 0.41% quercetin. This provides a reference for the use of seabuckthorn leaves.
