21世纪是生命科学迅猛发展的时代,基因工程技术则是引领生命科学发展潮流的重要应用性学科,已经渗透到医药、农林牧渔等诸多生命科学相关领域。中医药是我国伟大的药物资源与文化瑰宝,实现中医药现代化是科技兴国,呵护人类健康的重要目标与任务。如何在中药学学生中开设基因工程课是机遇与挑战并存的教学研究新课题。笔者结合多年教学实践与经验,总结了中医药类学生思维特点,有针对性地丰富教学内容、激发学生学习兴趣、活跃课堂学习气氛、促进教与学的互动、利用有限的科研资源使学生理论与实践相结合、改革成绩考核评价标准等,在实际教学实践中取得了较好的成绩。最终提出建立适应于中医药特色的基因工程教学体系的观点供同行借鉴。
The 21st century is an era of rapid development of life sciences. Genetic engineering is an important applied discipline that leads the trend of development of life sciences. It has penetrated many fields of life science such as medicine, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Chinese medicine is a great medicine resource and cultural treasure in our country. To realize the modernization of Chinese medicine is an important goal and mission of rejuvenating the country through science and technology and protecting human health. How to set up a course of genetic engineering among TCM students is a new topic of teaching and research that combines both opportunities and challenges. Based on years of teaching practice and experience, the author summarizes the thinking characteristics of Chinese medicine students, enriching the teaching content pertinently, stimulating the students ’interest in learning, stimulating the atmosphere of classroom learning, promoting the interaction between teaching and learning, making use of limited research resources to make students’ theory Combined with practice, the reform of performance appraisal standards, in the actual teaching practice has achieved good results. Finally put forward the idea of establishing a teaching system of gene engineering adapted to the characteristics of Chinese medicine for reference.
