一、概述本文介绍一种结构新颖的大量程精密液体压力计,它已通过国家鉴定,定为二等标准液体压力计。其测量范围0~25kPa(0~2500mmH_2O),不确定度为士0.05%;分辨率≤1Pa(0.1mmH_2O)。本仪器由于采用了随动刻尺和光学放大读数系统,使操作者可坐在影屏前观察压力的变化,大大方便了操作与观测。这对于读数高达2500mm的精密液体压力计来讲应是一种创新,改变了过去那种随液面高度升降读数的繁琐方法,在一定意义上提高了测量准确度。二、仪器工作原理如图1所示,测量部分由粗、细各一根测量管组成。粗管内装有一个玻璃浮子,下面系着一个精密玻璃刻尺,刻尺和浮子可随液面上下运动,称为随动刻尺。随动刻尺上的刻线和
I. Overview This article describes a novel structure of large-scale precision liquid pressure gauge, which has passed the national identification, as the second-class standard liquid pressure gauge.
