目的探讨中药各类毒性成分的中毒机制及炮制减毒原理。方法各取150 g山慈菇、草乌、吕宋果及白花曼陀罗,将每种中药平均分为实验组与对比组,各75 g。实验组进行炮制减毒,对比组不作处理。对比两组中药的毒性成分含量。结果实验组中四种中药炮制后毒性成份含量显著低于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论熟练掌握各类中药的毒性成分,通过严谨炮制等手段可减轻其毒性成分的含量,为临床使用安全性提供依据。
Objective To investigate the poisoning mechanism of various toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine Methods Take 150 g Shanzhu mushroom, Atractylodes macrocephala, Luzon fruit and white flower Datura each, divide each traditional Chinese medicine equally into experimental group and control group, each 75 g. The experimental group was processed and attenuated, while the control group did not deal with it. Comparing the content of toxic components in two groups of Chinese medicine. Results The contents of toxic components of the four Chinese herbs in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Proficiency in various types of traditional Chinese medicine toxic components, through strict preparation and other means can reduce the content of its toxic components, to provide a basis for the safety of clinical use.
