采用银染聚合酶链反应—单链构象多态分析方法对口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌发生、发展过程中p53基因5~8号外显子的突变情况及其在这4个外显子中的分布进行了研究。结果发现,在口腔粘膜癌前损害组织中,主要以5、7号外显子异常为主,而无淋巴结转移和有淋巴结转移的粘膜鳞状细胞癌组则分别由6、7号外显子占多数。是否意味着7号外显子异常的口腔粘膜癌前损害更易恶变,7号外显子异常的口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌更易发生淋巴结转移,值得进一步探讨。
