采用机械搅拌和超声波搅拌法制备了SiC/A356复合材料,研究了机械搅拌与超声搅拌法制备复合材料的制备工艺,对SiC/A356复合材料的组织进行了分析,并对其硬度和耐磨性进行了测试。结果表明,机械搅拌法制备的复合材料有轻微的界面反应,超声波制备的复合材料组织细小、均匀、致密;SiC尺寸为2~3μm时,超声波搅拌制备的复合材料的硬度是机械搅拌法的1.22倍,耐磨性是机械搅拌法的1.56倍。
SiC / A356 composites were prepared by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic agitation. The preparation technology of composite materials by mechanical stirring and ultrasonic agitation was studied. The microstructure of SiC / A356 composite was analyzed, and its hardness and wear resistance taking the test. The results show that there is a slight interfacial reaction between the composites prepared by mechanical agitation method and the microstructure of the composite prepared by ultrasonic wave is fine, uniform and dense. The hardness of the composites prepared by ultrasonic agitation is 1.22 Times, wear resistance is 1.56 times the mechanical stirring method.
