选择2011年某集装箱企业锰电焊作业工人90人作为接触组,另选某厂后勤人员88人作为对照组,对两组进行神经系统、心电图和血压检查。接触组自主神经征症状、腱反射功能测评分均值明显高于对照组,握力体重指数均值低于对照组;接触组工人心电图异常率明显增高,心率明显加快,低舒张压检出率明显增加,且以青工、女工更为敏感。提示低浓度锰暴露可能会影响工人神经系统和心血管系统功能,握力体重指数可作为锰中毒的早期检测指标。
