目的提高体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL )治疗后尿道结石的效果。方法 5 8例后尿道结石患者随机分为 A、B两组 ,A组将结石推回膀胱内后行 ESWL治疗 ,B组行原位 ESWL治疗。结果经 1次 ESWL,A组 10 0 % (2 9/2 9)经震碎后结石全部排出、排尿无梗阻 ;B组13 .8% (4 /2 9)患者排出结石、排尿无梗阻 ,86.2 % (2 5 /2 9)患者未排结石、尿道梗阻存在 ,仍需进一步处理。 A组疗效明显高于 B组(P<0 .0 1)。结论将后尿道结石推至膀胱内行 ESWL,能有效地将结石击碎 ,迅速解除尿道梗阻。
Objective To improve the effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) on urethral calculus. Methods Fifty-eight patients with posterior urethral calculus were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B, ESWL was performed after the stone was pushed back into the bladder and group B was treated with ESWL. Results All the stones were excreted after crushing in 10% (2 9/2 9) of ESWL group A without urination. In group B, 13.8% (4/29) of the patients discharged stones, urination without obstruction, 86.2% (25/29) patients had no stones and urethral obstruction existed and still needed further treatment. The efficacy of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P <0.01). Conclusions The posterior urethral calculus is pushed into the intracranial ESWL, which can crush the calculus effectively and quickly release the urethral obstruction.
