本文以多层蜂窝夹芯结构吸波材料为研究对象,从理论分析和工程实验两个方面对结构型吸波材料的电匹配设计,以及实现电匹配设计的技术途径进行了研究。研究结果表明,电匹配设计是结构型吸波材料研制过程中必不可少的重要环节。在电匹配设计指导下制备的多层蜂窝夹芯结构吸波材料的吸波性能显著提高,在4~18GHz频率范围内,反射率均小于—10dB,最低达—30dB,材料具有良好的宽频吸波特性。
In this paper, the multi-layer honeycomb sandwich structure absorbing material is taken as the research object, and the electrical matching design of structural absorbing material and the technical approach to realize the electrical matching design are studied from the theoretical analysis and engineering experiments. The results show that the electrical matching design is an indispensable and important part in the development of structured microwave absorbing materials. Under the guidance of the electrical matching design, the microwave absorbing properties of multilayer honeycomb sandwich structure microwave absorbing materials are significantly improved. The reflectance is less than -10dB and the lowest is -30dB in the frequency range of 4 ~ 18GHz. The material has good broadband absorption Wave characteristics.
