目的:为了科学的解释胡桃楸与鸡蛋同煮的传统用法,该文研究了胡桃楸不同药用部位与鸡蛋同煮后,不同部位含药鸡蛋的抗肿瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法:选用H22荷瘤小鼠模型,以环磷酰胺作为阳性对照,观察与胡桃楸根、枝和青果皮(果)同煮的鸡蛋对肿瘤生长的抑制作用及对小鼠胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官的影响。结果:与胡桃楸根同煮的鸡蛋(含药鸡蛋)低、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为17.43%、19.29%,呈量效关系;胡桃楸枝的含药鸡蛋低、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为22.92%、28.59%,呈量效关系。胡桃楸果含药鸡蛋低剂量组抑瘤率为9.36%,抗肿瘤作用较弱,高剂量组为-9.11%,未显示抗肿瘤作用。胡桃楸根、枝和果的含药鸡蛋对小鼠体重及免疫器官均起到一定的保护作用。结论:胡桃楸根和枝的含药鸡蛋对H22荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长均有抑制作用,其中枝的含药鸡蛋抑瘤作用较明显,而果的含药鸡蛋在本实验条件下未显示抗肿瘤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the traditional usage of Juglans mandshurica with egg cooking, this paper studied the antitumor effects of different medicinal parts of Juglans mandshurica on eggs with different medicinal parts and their effects on immune organs. Methods: H22 tumor-bearing mice model was selected. Cyclophosphamide was used as a positive control to observe the inhibitory effect on the growth of mice and the thymus and spleen of mouse with Juglans mandshurica root, shoot and green peel Organ effects. Results: The inhibition rates of the eggs with the same content of Juglans mandshurica on the low and high dose groups were 17.43% and 19.29%, respectively. The tumor inhibition rates were 22.92% and 28.59% respectively, showing a dose-effect relationship. The anti-tumor rate of Juglans mandshurica low-dose group was 9.36%, anti-tumor effect was weak, and the high-dose group was -9.11% .There was no antitumor effect. Juglans mandshurica root, branches and fruit-containing eggs on mice body weight and immune organs play a protective role. CONCLUSION: Juglans mandshurica root and branch containing drug-containing eggs can inhibit the tumor growth of H22 tumor-bearing mice. The anti-tumor effect of the drug-containing eggs of the branches is obvious. However, the drug-containing eggs of Juglans mandshurica did not show any anti-tumor activity under the experimental conditions Tumor action.
