研究了磁流变(MR)阻尼器控制力幅值对结构半主动控制效果的影响。建立了多自由度结构MR阻尼器控制系统的运动方程,根据最优控制算法和半主动控制率提出了MR阻尼器控制力幅值的取值方法,最后仿真分析了不同的幅值取值方法对结构半主动控制效果的影响。研究表明,随MR阻尼器控制力幅值的增大,会出现控制效果趋于稳定的平台区段,在平台范围内降低MR阻尼器的控制力幅值,并不会明显降低结构的控制效果。降低后的控制力幅值可以减小MR阻尼器的设计尺寸,更便于阻尼器在工程上的应用。研究还表明,对于控制力幅值已定的MR阻尼器,适当减小权矩阵系数比,使控制效果曲线较晚进入平台区段,也可达到提高结构响应控制效果的目的。
The effect of the controllable force amplitude of MR damper on the semi-active control of structures is studied. The equations of motion of MR damper control system with multi-degrees-of-freedom structure are established. Based on the optimal control algorithm and semi-active control rate, the method for determining the amplitude of MR damper force is proposed. Finally, Effect on structural semi-active control. The results show that with the increase of the controllable force of MR dampers, there will be a platform section where the control effect tends to be stable. Reducing the control force amplitude of the MR damper in the platform range will not obviously reduce the structural control effect . The reduced amplitude of the control force can reduce the design size of the MR damper and facilitate the application of the damper in the engineering. The research also shows that for MR dampers with controlled amplitude, the ratio of weight matrix can be reduced properly to make the control effect curve enter the platform section later, and the effect of structural response control can also be improved.
