目的肝衰竭为严重肝病的终末期表现,患者肝细胞大量坏死,体内毒性物质堆积,影响肝再生,并形成恶性循环,病死率极高。本研究旨在构建理想的体外生物人工肝支持系统,为重型肝炎及其它原因所致肝衰竭患者提供先进、可靠的辅助支持与治疗手段。方法研究以肝细胞为材料,由细胞分离、培养方法研究人手,逐步构成新型生物人工肝支持系统(EBLSS),采用体外性能测试、肝衰竭动物支持等系列实验研究方法,评价EBLSS的生物功能。
The purpose of liver failure for the performance of the terminal liver disease, liver cells in patients with a large number of necrosis, accumulation of toxic substances in the body, affecting liver regeneration, and the formation of a vicious cycle, high mortality. The aim of this study is to construct an ideal bioartificial liver support system in vitro and provide advanced and reliable support and treatment for patients with liver failure caused by severe hepatitis and other causes. Methods The human liver cells were used as the materials to study the human hand from cell isolation and culture methods. A novel bioartificial liver support system (EBLSS) was gradually formed. The biological functions of EBLSS were evaluated by in vitro performance tests and animal models of liver failure.
