目的:了解天河区公共场所中央空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌污染状况及血清型分布,为预防和控制军团菌病提供科学依据。方法:从2008年4月至2009年12月,采集天河区公共场所中央空调冷却水99份,应用GVPC、BCYE、BCY培养基进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养,进行血清分型及鉴定。结果:冷却塔冷却水中嗜肺军团菌检出率达14.1%,检出率在不同年度、季度及不同类型公共场所间无明显差异。分离嗜肺军团菌共14株,血清型以LP6、LP1为主,分别达总检出的43.0%(6/14)、35.7%(5/14)。结论:天河区公共场所中央空调冷却水中存在嗜肺军团菌污染,对人群构成潜在健康危害,应加强预防与控制工作。
Objective: To understand the contamination status and serotype distribution of Legionella pneumophila in the central air-conditioning cooling water of public places in Tianhe District and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Legionnaires’ disease. Methods: From April 2008 to December 2009, 99 samples of central air conditioning cooling water collected from public places in Tianhe District were collected. The genotypes of Legionella pneumophila were determined by GVPC, BCYE and BCY. Results: The detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling tower cooling water was 14.1%. The detection rate was no significant difference in different years, quarters and different types of public places. A total of 14 Legionella pneumophila strains were isolated. The serotypes were mainly LP6 and LP1, reaching 43.0% (6/14) and 35.7% (5/14) of the total, respectively. Conclusion: There is Legionella pneumophila contamination in central air conditioning cooling water of public places in Tianhe District, posing a potential health hazard to the population. Prevention and control should be strengthened.
