共观察41只家兔,引导丘脑腹后外侧核(VPL)痛单位放电,分别刺激额叶皮层、脓神经,电针“内关”透“外关”穴,观察对痛放电的影响。引导痛神经元110个(含痛兴奋神经元95个,痛抑制神经元15个),刺激额叶皮层或腓神经使痛兴奋神经元放电频率增加,痛抑制神经元放电减少,电针两侧“内关”透“外关”穴位后,再刺激额皮层或徘神经,使痛兴奋单位放电抑制、痛抑制单位电活动抑制程度减弱或解除。提示:额叶皮层参与VPL痛放电及电针镇痛的调制。
A total of 41 rabbits were observed, and the pain units in the ventrolateral thalamic nucleus (VPL) were induced to discharge. The frontal cortex, pus nerves and electroacupuncture at “Neiguan” were stimulated through the “external” points to observe the effect on painful discharge. 110 pain-inducing neurons (95 pain-containing neurons and 15 pain-suppressing neurons) were induced to increase the firing frequency of pain-stimulating neurons in the frontal cortex or the peroneal nerve. Pain-suppressing neuronal discharges were reduced. Electroacupuncture on both sides “Neiguan” through the “foreign” points, and then stimulate the amount of cortex or vagus nerve, the pain excitement unit discharge inhibition, pain inhibition unit electrical activity weakened or removed. Tip: The frontal cortex is involved in the modulation of VPL pain and electroacupuncture analgesia.
