大学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,思维活跃,情绪容易因为周围环境的波动而变换;世界观尚未定型,人格上正处于逐步完成从青少年向成年人的过渡和转变的阶段;这一阶段的大学生们想要摆脱对家庭和父母的依赖,希望能独立和成熟。而这个时期他们又正临很多重要的人生课题和发展机遇,必然会遇到各种困惑、矛盾和压力。如果这些困惑、矛盾和压力不能得到很好的解决,很有可能导致其价值取向扭曲、心理异常、产生严重的心理障碍或心理疾病。影响其正常的大学学习生活,严重的甚至导致自杀、犯罪等。因此关注社会因素对大学生心理健康的影响、研究导致大学生心理健康问题的社会因素成为高校德育工作的重要课题。
As a special social group, college students are active in thinking and their emotions easily change due to the fluctuation of the surrounding environment. The outlook of the world has not yet been finalized, and the personality is in the stage of gradually completing the transition from adolescence to adult. To get rid of dependence on families and parents, hoping to be independent and mature. At this period, they are facing many important life issues and development opportunities. They will surely encounter all kinds of puzzles, conflicts and pressures. If these confusion, contradictions and pressures can not be well resolved, it is likely to lead to distortion of their values, abnormal psychology, resulting in serious psychological disorders or mental illness. Affect their normal university life, even lead to serious suicide, crime and so on. So pay attention to the impact of social factors on the mental health of college students, the study of social factors leading to mental health problems of college students become an important issue of moral education in colleges and universities.
