随着模具需求量的增长,电加工机床、NC电加工机,包括NC型腔电加工机和线切割机的需求量也与日俱增。目前已出现了超精密线切割机床。本文对线切割的精密加工、高速加工、自动化、无人化加工问题作一简要叙述精密加工线切割精密加工的代表性产品,是IC(集成电路)引线框的跳步模。该模具所要求的精度是表面粗造度R_(max)<4μm;尺寸精度<5μm;拐角部分塌角<2μm。并且,因为冲压次数增多,要求模具的使用寿命长,为此,模具的材料大多数为硬质合金.
