用超声波提取、薄层扫描法测定止血定痛片中人参皂甙Rg1 的含量, 方法简便, 结果准确。薄层条件为: 含0-2% CMC- Na 的硅胶G 板, [ 正丁醇- 乙酸乙酯- 水(3∶2∶5)] 上层液- 甲醇(10∶1) 为展开剂( 展开缸预先用氨蒸汽饱和半小时) , 10 % 硫酸乙醇加热显色。扫描波长λs = 530nm ,λR= 700nm , 平均回收率为96-38 % , RSD 为1-05 % 。
The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in hemostatic and pain tablets was determined by ultrasonic extraction and thin layer scanning. The method was simple and accurate.
