目的:探讨脑通复方制剂对拟血管性痴呆(VaD)模型大鼠海马神经元中分裂激活的蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号转导系统细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ER K1/2)及其磷酸化(p-ER K1/2)表达的影响。方法:采用改良Pulsinelli四血管阻断法复制大鼠血管性痴呆模型,脑通复方制剂治疗后观察学习记忆能力,Western-blotting法测定海马神经元总ER K1/2及p-ER K1/2蛋白表达。结果:脑通复方制剂可缩短试验大鼠逃避潜伏期,增加跨越平台次数;
Objective: To investigate the effects of Naitong Compound on the expression of extracellular regulated protein kinase (ERK1 / 2) and its phosphorylation in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction system in hippocampal neurons of rats with vascular dementia (VaD) p-ER K1 / 2) expression. Methods: The model of vascular dementia was established by modified Pulsinelli four-vessel occlusion method. The learning and memory abilities were observed after the treatment with Compound Prescription Naotomes. The total ER K1 / 2 and p-ER K1 / 2 protein in hippocampal neurons were determined by Western-blotting expression. Results: Naotong compound preparation can shorten the escape latency and increase the number of crossing platform.
