温度对生物质热解过程中传热特性的影响

基于欧拉-拉格朗日方法,考虑热解过程中挥发分的析出和颗粒体积的变化,以上海市常见的绿化树种香樟树的树枝为实验材料,对固定床中生物质颗粒热解过程中温度对传热特性的影响进行了详细研究,利用开源软件OpenFOAM获得了反应器内不同热解阶段不同温度范围内颗粒数的分布,给出了不同温度下的有效传热系数及不同传热方式所占的比例.结果 表明:热解温度越高,有效传热系数降低,固体颗粒的平均比热容也逐渐降低;同时热解温度越高,辐射的换热量占比越大,而对流提供的热量占比则不断下降.

为揭示Cα官能团和金属离子对木质素热解过程的影响机制,本研究合成了两种β-O-4型木质素多聚体模型化合物(Cα上分别连接羰基和羟基官能团),开展了在不同温度(500℃、650℃、800℃)和不同金属离子(K+、Ca2+、Fe2+)醋酸盐催化的Py-GC-MS快速热解实验.实验结果表明,Cβ-O键比Cα-Cβ键更容易断裂发生均裂反应产生较多的酚类化合物;添加K+、Ca2+、Fe2+金属离子均能降低热解时所需温度,促进酚类产物的生成,抑制茴香基(醛)类和乙酰苯基类产物的生成.

解聚残渣是生物质在酸催化转化制取平台化合物过程中形成的固体副产物.本次研究发现三种衍生自玉米杆(H-CS)、柳桉(H-ES)、樟子松(H-PS)的解聚残渣都是富含苯环和呋喃环的复杂聚合物,其碳含量超过68%.基于DG-DAEM的热裂解宏观动力学特性模拟表明H-CS降解平行反应具有更低的活化能(144.7 k J/mol),而缩合平行反应是H-CS的主导反应.此外,还使用PY-GC/MS和TG-TOF-MS对热解产物的逸出行为进行了分析,得到解聚残渣中典型化学结构与热解行为之间的关联.
