1.活塞杆断裂现象及原因我公司1台CPCD100型叉车,作业时由于非正常碰撞,导致其转向助力缸活塞杆断裂。但是更换新缸后,活塞杆仍断裂。此后半年时间内共更换过1支转向助力缸总成和4根新活塞杆。该转向助力缸为双作用液压缸,分析认为,其活塞杆断裂的主要原因是国产活塞杆材质、热处理、强度和刚度均达不到要求。
1. Piston rod breakage and the reasons I a CPCD100 forklift company, operating due to non-normal collision, leading to the steering cylinder piston rod fracture. However, after replacing the new cylinder, the piston rod is still broken. In the following six months, a total of 1 steering booster cylinder assembly and 4 new piston rods were replaced. The steering booster cylinder is a double-acting hydraulic cylinder. Analysis shows that the main reason for the piston rod rupture is the material, heat treatment, strength and rigidity of the domestic piston rod that fail to meet the requirements.
