利用透射电子显微镜对锰质量分数为43%的高锰低温钢的晶体结构及位错形态进行研究,结果证明显微组织为单相奥氏体,晶界上无第二相析出。晶内位错形态为“曲折”形位错线,晶界有位错塞积,讨论了位错塞积群对沿晶断裂的影响。
The crystal structure and dislocation morphology of high manganese low temperature steel containing 43% manganese was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure is single phase austenite and no second phase precipitates on the grain boundaries. The intragranular dislocation morphology is a “zig-zag” dislocation line, with dislocations plugged in grain boundaries. The effect of dislocation plugging population on the intergranular fracture is discussed.
