随着我国造船工业的发展,在大型远洋出口船舶的建造数量增多的同时,国内各海运局所属船队的船舶也在更新换代,散装货轮,集装箱船和油船均向大型化发展。因此,对高强度船板的需求量显著增加,每年需从国外进口大量钢材,为了解决高强度船板的供需矛盾,承担了研制σs≥32,36kgf/mm~2级可焊接高强度船板攻关课题。 工艺路线采用微合金化、钢水净化和控制轧制工艺技术。可以在平炉模铸和转炉连铸两条生产线上生产坯料。在轧板厂2800轧板机上采用再结晶型和未再结晶型相配合的控制轧制工艺,生产出板厚为10—50mm,32kgf/mm~2和36kgf/mm~2A、D、E三级高强度船板。
