人力资本是指企业的管理创新者和技术创新者。管理创新者包括企业班子成员以及具备潜在能力的部门经理,技术创新者是指具有创新意识和创新能力的知识型员工。在知识经济时代,人力资本已作为极其重要的生产力登上了社会经济的历史舞台,并发挥极其重要的作用。可以说,在知识经济时代,人力资本决定了经济的发展。因此,加强对企业人力资本管理的研究具有非常重要的意义。人力资本管理实质上是最小的投资和成本获取最大化收益的过程。
