丰阳煤矿煤层属于“三软”煤层,且煤层倾角大,厚度一般都在5 m以上,切眼支护不能采用常规的“锚网索”支护,切眼扩刷施工工艺较为复杂,对于丰阳煤矿这样首次由炮采直接改为综采的矿井,如何确保综采工作面切眼在扩刷及支护过程中的安全,就成为矿井安全管理的重点工作。结合矿井实际生产条件,提出合理的切眼扩刷施工工艺,采取相应的安全技术措施,最终实现了丰阳煤矿“三软”大倾角中厚煤层综采切眼的安全施工。

Combined with the actual production conditions in the mine, a reasonable cutting eye brushing construction technology is proposed, and the corresponding safety technical measures are taken. Finally, the safety construction of the fully mechanized mining cut of the “three soft” big and medium thick seam in Fengyang Coal Mine is realized.
