提出了水资源循环经济核算方法,并建立了水资源价值流的可持续利用评价模式。以整体搬迁的天津碱厂给排水为例,分别核算了取水消耗量、除盐水流量、循环水流量、废水污染水平及处理、污染物排放总量等实物量,然后给出了水资源价值量,并进行了可持续性评价。结果表明:水资源循环经济模式比水资源传统经济模式增加环境效益776.1万元/a,采用水资源循环经济模式的效益是显著的。
