使用卧式转炉吹炼铜冰铜正式投入生产,在我国炼铜史上还是最近几年的事;而关于小型卧式转炉在铜冰铜的吹炼方面的应用,国内外也很少有资料可资查考。我厂经过几年的工业生产实践,在苏联专家的指导下,小型卧式转炉的生产已走上了正轨,不仅在炉子部分结构上反复进行了修改,更重要的是在技术操作方面有了较大的改进。单位炉产量在相同冰铜品位条件下,比原设计提高了45%,而炉子寿命若以1955年100炉次来比较则提高3倍多。根据我国铜矿资源的分布情况来看,应用中小型卧式转炉进行铜冰铜的吹炼,是一个发展方向。为了互相交流经验,现将我厂2×3.28米卧式转炉的技术操作情况介绍如下。
